A company culture you’d want to return to

In the early days of With Content, three of our best team members left for greener pastures.

I had mixed feelings about this.

On one hand, I was glad that the work that they did with us helped them to secure better roles and compensation in their next jobs.

On the other, I was losing three of my best team members 😅

Fast forward to 2023.

Two out of those three team members decided to rejoin our ranks.

How come?

Firstly, we were in a better position to offer better compensation.

Secondly – and more importantly – they missed our company culture.

And that meant more to me than achieving any revenue goal or marketing award.

Creating a company culture that team members are happy to work in – and would miss when they’re not around – has always been my ultimate goal.

Maintaining it as we grow – that’s the next challenge 💪
